Voice Back is operated by Voice Back LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Illinois. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data when you use the Voice Back mobile application, website (voicebackapp.com), and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using Voice Back, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (via email/password signup or third-party OAuth providers including Google and Apple)
• Account creation date and last sign-in date
• A unique user identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication
• Your confirmation that you are 13 years of age or older at the time of registration

2.2 Voice Data

• Audio recordings you submit are transmitted to and processed by Fish Audio (fish.audio), our third-party voice AI provider
• Voice models generated from your recordings are stored by Fish Audio under their data policies
• We do not store raw audio recordings on our own servers
• Voice data is never used to train AI models without your explicit consent

2.3 Usage and Analytics Data

With your consent, we may collect anonymized usage data including app performance metrics, crash reports, feature usage patterns, and device type and operating system version. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you individually.

2.4 Payment Information

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, access, or store your payment card information. Revenue Cat is used to manage subscription status only.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Voice Back account
• Provide text-to-speech and voice cloning features
• Send you a welcome email and important service communications
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance and reliability of our Services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Voice Back requires users to be at least 13 years of age. At registration, all users must affirmatively confirm they are 13 or older by checking a confirmation box. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete their account and associated data. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, please contact us at support@voicebackapp.com.

We share your data only with the following service providers, solely to operate our Services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, and cloud functions hosting
• Fish Audio — Voice cloning and text-to-speech processing
• Revenue Cat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• AWS S3 — Video file storage for voice cloning uploads
• CloudConvert — Video-to-audio conversion for voice uploads

We do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us. We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Voice Back, our users, or the public.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of analytics collection at any time in app settings. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@voicebackapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. Contact us at support@voicebackapp.com to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes.
